We are happy to inform you of the positive outcome of the start-up of the “Ateliers” project, a project that began following a request for help from the managers of the Espérance school and financed by Anemon, thanks to the contribution of Cristiana and Carlo, Anemon members. It involves the setting up of 5 artisan workshops for 2 girls and 3 boys who have completed training in different professions.

On December 21, the Espérance school and the Sanhamou Association delivered the equipment with a dedicated day involving the school staff, all the children, their parents, the authorities and the TV. The equipment will be installed in the areas where the children want to settle, their parents undertake to find a safe place in these locations with good visibility for the use of the equipment, they will also undertake to pay 50% of the rent of the buildings that will host the laboratories, the remaining 50% will be paid by the Espérance school for the first year of the project. Everything will be monitored to verify the progress of the activity and the ability, at the end of the first year, to independently cover the entire cost of running the laboratory for the future. The children were all very satisfied and happy to have received the equipment to open their artisan laboratory.
